If you’re a regular reader of our blogs, you’ll know that we’re celebrating 10 years of Rawww in 2015 and one of the ways we are marking this momentous milestone is with a momentous Snowdon climb!
Yes, you heard right, our talented team are packing their parkas, picking up their trekking poles and donning their walking shoes (…we’re taking tea and biscuits too) for a fun-filled trek through Snowdonia National Park and up the highest mountain. And what’s even more exciting is that we’ll be raising money for charity so watch this space for more information, and please start saving a few pennies to send us on our way!
We chose to explore Snowdonia National Park as it is such a breathtakingly beautiful part of the UK and it boasts the highest mountain in England and Wales. We’ll be there on the 5th and 6th September so if you’re around, look out for us; we’ll be the ones in Rawww t-shirts, waving ’10 years of Rawww’ flags and sipping tea…
As we’re going for the weekend, we needed a place to stop over, and when we mentioned our climb to one of our lovely clients, they offered us a place to stay! So, we want to say a big thank you to Park Resorts; through our work with them, we know just how great their caravan parks are and we’re so chuffed that we’ll be staying with them at Park Resorts Ty Mawr, which is just half an hour away from our expedition.
