Obstacle Race magazine are celebrating. They recently won silver at the 2015 Running Awards, which is a fantastic achievement for a magazine that is just over a year old!
Celebrating the best of running and its culture, winning at the Running Awards is something to be proud of… But, what is Obstacle Race and how did they receive such a high accolade at the 2015 Running Awards?
Runners with a passion for adventure know that they can turn to OR as the magazine offers the ultimate guide to trail running and adventure races in the UK. The magazine launched in January 2014 and since then, their readership has rocketed; the Obstacle community of running has embraced the articles, news and reviews, and this is reflected in their silver award at the 2015 Running Awards. They won silver last year too, so next year, they’re going for gold!
Despite the popularity of the magazine, Carl, the editor of Obstacle Race, knew a design refresh would help in the run up to the 2015 Running Awards, so he turned to us here at Rawww for an updated look.
Our team did a thorough design review and revitalised the magazine with a new look and feel, more content, tighter sections and easy to view ‘latest news’ features.
