We started by interviewing stakeholders, including customers, to gain insight and direction. Feeding this into our creative process, we developed a clear visual system for all marketing materials and signage. We used the distinctive ActOn Finishing ‘O’ to represent the blast media employed in finishing and we applied this in literature and in animated form on the website.
