Citroën were looking to distribute an internal guide to ensure their sales team were armed with the latest information and insight on their models, to help communicate with customers.
Most customers when visiting a car dealership, are looking for a combination of practicality, safety, performance and economy. We worked with Citroën to create ‘effective product presentation’ guides, structuring content into easily digestible and referable sections.
To equip the sales team with all the information they would need during an appointment, we presented each car model’s features and benefits into quick and simple explanations. In many cases we also included relevant ‘Did you know…’ facts and example customer stories for each model to help persuade a buyer.
Rawww delivered 20 visually engaging car model guides for Citroën. These were sent weekly to sales executives, who would then either use a printed copy or download onto an iPad to easily refer to during appointments.
As well as structuring content into clear sections, we also brought the guides to life through creative design. We worked with aspects of Citroën’s current branding, such as advertorial typography, and pushed it further in the guides to create a structured, eye-catching design that also included using bespoke icons.
The guides created by Rawww were very well received and have been a useful resource for sales executives at Citroën to easily find relevant information and key USPs for each model when communicating with customers.
