Vivo Analytics needed support on a new brand and product positioning to help bring their Speech Analytics products to life.
Vivo Analytics focuses on making speech analytics simple and cost effective, helping businesses who have been limited by previous telecommunication solutions in the past. Rawww injected unique personality into the Vivo brand and website to encompass the team’s passion, experience and service offering through the use of bold, friendly and simple user experience design and tone of voice.
To bring the Vivo story to life, we introduced Vivo to their very own set of analytical characters. These characters (who represent customers, managers and call centre staff), are animated across the website to promote Vivo Analytics’ three key products: quality management, compliance checking and sales optimisation.
To raise Vivo’s brand profile online, we provided strategic and conceptual support for an online display campaign, targeting specific audience sectors. Through delivering impactful videos for targeted LinkedIn and Facebook promoted posts, along with Google display adverts, 82% of Vivo’s website traffic came directly from the online display campaign during 2019.
